Contracts Manager

Responsibilities Prepare review and negotiate contracts with clients subcontractors and suppliers for marine construction projects Manage contractual documentation amendments and correspondence Monitor contract performance compliance and deadlines Resolve contractual disputes claims and variations Ensure contractual obligations are met and documented accurately Collaborate with legal advisors and project teams on contractual issues Requirements Bachelor s degree in Law Business Administration or related field Proven experience in contract management within Marine Construction or Marine Industry projects Strong knowledge of contract law industry standards and marine project requirements Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively
