Mason Supervisor As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons to ensure timely and quality completion of projects in the city of Ar-Ruwais. Your role will require strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to effectively manage and guide the team. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are proficient in English and have experience in masonry.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of masons and assign tasks based on project requirements

Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures

Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or changes in project plans

Keep track of materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project

Ensure adherence to safety regulations at all times

Report any delays or problems to management promptly

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role

Strong knowledge of various masonry materials, tools, and techniques

Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Fluent in English with good communication skills

Physically fit with the ability to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Pakistani national preferred

Salary The salary for this position is $1,000 per month.
