Overview

Office Assistant - Indian Nationals

Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office assistant and must have their own visa in Qatar.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
  • Assist with correspondence and communication with clients
  • Schedule appointments and arrange meetings
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Manage phone calls and greet visitors
  • Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and billing
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Indian national with valid visa in Qatar
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
