Application Support Development Specialist (RTIS) Oil & Gas sector.(Aveva PI)

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Development Specialist to maintain the integrity, availability, and reliability of our Real-Time Information Systems (RTIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, incident management, and interface development within the Oil & Gas sector.Key Responsibilities

• Perform system health checks, implement remedial actions, and report on system integrity.
• Maintain system availability targets and resolve incidents to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot system interfaces (OPC, API, etc.).Implement technology solutions, including enhancements and security vulnerability fixes.
• Support testing phases (UAT, Regression) for system changes and new projects.
• Develop documentation and provide training / coaching to end-users and junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system and data integrity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
