We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. The Executive Chef will plan and direct all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations, with the goal of delivering high-quality, authentic Indian cuisine to guests.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop new menus with a focus on traditional Indian dishes
- Source high-quality ingredients and maintain inventory levels
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for increasing revenue
Requirements
