ر.ق0 / month Description The incumbent in this position is responsible to apply paint, stain, and other finishes for property walls, ceilings, and furniture. Additionally responsible to clean up, store paint, and paint tools and equipment in appropriate areas. And follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines. Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the painting function of the resort : removal of old paint from surface to prepare surface for painting, fill nail holes, cracks, and joints, smooth surfaces and apply coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings, and other structures. Specialize in Spray painting & polishing Utilize the appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times. Required to erect scaffolding or set up ladders safely to perform tasks above ground level. Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for the painting process. Embrace and exhibit the highest level of ethics and integrity consistent with company standards. Fire Alarm / Life Safety System - monitor systems as necessary, be fully informed of the system operation and handle emergencies involving the systems. Have a working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency power systems. Tools - clean, lubricate, protect and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the hotel. Ensure that all tools used are returned to the shop and secured in proper storage area. Protect and maintain your assigned tool pouch and its tools at the discretion of the Engineering Management. Emergencies - be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect guests and employees, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency. Act quickly and responsibly to return the building to its normal operating status. Inform Engineering Management of any such emergencies. Accident Prevention and Safety - be aware of all existing departmental Job Safety Analysis and strive to work in an accident-free manner and to create a safe work environment for others. Continuously look for conditions which may endanger employees or guests of the hotel and take immediate action to correct any hazardous conditions found. Records - read, log, and track and maintain a thorough log of each day’s activities and problems that occur and ensure this information is passed on to other shifts.
