About the role :

We are looking for a passionate, energetic Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to join our team and assist in managing all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house non-kitchen areas, hotel linen, and uniforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas; supervise the hotel linen and uniforms.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for guests.
  • International experience in luxury hotel brands, demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments.
  • Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow, setting an exceptional leadership example.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
