We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Recruitment Officer to join our team at a leading automotive dealership and distributor in Doha, Qatar. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in the industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a passion for connecting with people. As an HR Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top across various platforms.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring a proactive approach to recruitment.
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our processes.
Preferred Candidate
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the automotive industry.Strong understanding of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates at all levels.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing hiring challenges.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to promoting a positive employer brand.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Skills
