We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Medical Insurance Coordinator

to manage insurance claims and ensure accurate financial and clinical documentation. The role involves reviewing and auditing medical claims, verifying coverage and eligibility, investigating discrepancies, and supporting management with reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology and billing standards, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

Review and audit claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulations. Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility for patients. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to claims efficiently. Document and report audit findings to management. Review patient charts, including discharge summaries, to extract relevant clinical and billing information. Identify and correct missing or incorrect information in patient records and coded data. Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and current billing / coding standards. Stay up to date with changes in insurance regulations and industry trends. Perform other finance-related and administrative tasks as required by management. Skills

Strong analytical and auditing abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of medical insurance, claims processing, and revenue cycle management. Familiarity with patient charts, clinical documentation, and billing / coding guidelines. Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards of administrative and financial support. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in medical insurance coordination, claims processing, or revenue cycle management. This is a 3-month contract based in Qatar
