Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join at a luxury 5-star hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests according to their preferences and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Create and recommend new and innovative drink recipes
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and following company procedures
- Adhere to all alcohol serving and safety regulations
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events, promotions, and specials
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
