Florist Assistant - Entry Level We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan. This is an entry-level, full-time position. The starting salary is 1000$. The role is suitable for individuals without prior experience in the floral industry. We value diversity and welcome applications from individuals of all nationalities.

Responsibilities

Prepare flowers and maintain work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Assist with customer orders and provide support to experienced florists. Deliver arrangements to clients as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Keen eye for detail and strong time management skills. Creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. No prior experience required, but knowledge or training in floral design or horticulture is a plus. Physically fit; role involves lifting heavy flower arrangements.

Additional Information

This role does not come with accommodation. You must have your own accommodation in Al-Rayyan or be willing to relocate to the city. On-the-job training will be provided to develop your skills as a florist.
