Club Manager – Nightclub, Dubai

A prestigious nightclub in Dubai is looking for a Club Manager with a strong background in client sourcing, VIP relationship management, event execution, revenue optimization, and staff leadership. This role requires an experienced professional who understands the dynamics of Dubai’s high-end nightlife scene, excels in handling promoters, marketing, and minimum spend strategies, and has a proven track record in nightclub operations.

To be considered for the role of Club Manager in a Nightclub in Dubai, you will need to fulfill the following requirements :

• Source and manage VIP clients, ensuring guest loyalty and driving high-spend reservations.
• Oversee table minimum spend policies, ensuring revenue targets are met while optimizing seating arrangements and customer experience.
• Lead and manage the nightclub’s staff, including hosts, waitstaff, bartenders, security, and promoters.
• Work closely with promoters and marketing teams to execute effective campaigns, activations, and exclusive events.
• Plan and oversee weekly and special events, ensuring seamless operations, high guest engagement, and successful execution.
• Maintain financial control, including budgeting, revenue tracking, cost management, and profitability optimization.
• Monitor and analyze guest trends, competitor activity, and market movements, adjusting business strategies accordingly.
• Ensure exceptional service standards, ensuring a seamless experience for VIP guests and high-profile clientele.
• Oversee the nightclub’s branding, digital marketing, and social media campaigns, in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with local licensing, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience as a Club Manager, General Manager, or senior management role in a high-end nightclub, lounge, or luxury hospitality venue is mandatory.
• Strong network in Dubai’s nightlife industry, with an ability to attract high-spending clients.
• Strong leadership, sales, and financial management skills, with experience in handling P&L, costs, and budgeting.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or French are a plus.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and in a high-energy, fast-paced nightlife setting.
