Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, valves, piping, and rotating equipment. Lead and guide junior technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling mechanical assemblies. Install, align, and commission new mechanical systems and equipment for fire and safety applications (e.g., fire pumps, sprinkler piping, hydrant systems). Conduct mechanical testing, inspection, and calibration of fire water and HVAC systems. Diagnose mechanical faults and determine corrective actions to minimize downtime. Ensure adherence to safe working practices, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and company HSE policies. Prepare and maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts usage logs in line with maintenance schedules. Qualifications & Experience
Education :
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade qualification. Experience :
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in fire protection systems, HVAC, or industrial maintenance. Preferred Industry Exposure :
