  • Bachelor Degree with 5 years of job related experience (experience as a manager) or Technical education Certificate / degree level in Engineering or standards background with experience as a manager.

    • Responsibilities

    The job incumbent is overall responsible for the operational activities of GS Northern Middle East & Caspian , the observance of methods and techniques, the quality of the work & the assigned duties, the commercial contacts & development and the economic & financial performance. He performs the job within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policies.

  • Drive Profit & Loss and cash accountability for GS business line in Northern Middle East & Caspian.
  • Define and set up an optimized organization, managing & developing people, in line with yearly budget & plan for GS.
  • Define & drive initiatives to ensure operational excellence, quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Identify market opportunities for GS & implement growth initiatives through active customer engagement.
  • Monitor closely operational, commercial and financial performance, through monthly reviews (markets, competitors, clients, finance ...) and initiate corrective actions if needed.
  • Ensure compliance with international and local statutory, industrial and legal requirements and Group guidelines, including Ethics, Technical, Quality and Risk management.
