Familiarity with creating SOPs, treatment menus, and delivering luxurious guest experiences is essential. You should aim for 5-star service and be capable of creating alignment across our branches. Experience or keen interest in motivating and developing therapists from around the globe, fostering a culture of positivity and engagement, is highly desirable.
