Secondary Mathematics Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Nord Anglia International School Al Khor is looking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Mathematics (Secondary) to join a well‑established, supportive team. The role is a maternity cover starting Sunday 2 November 2025, with a closing date for applications on 23 October 2025.

You Will Have The Following
Visa‑related restrictions for Qatar must be met, including possession of a bachelor’s degree and a face‑to‑face teaching qualification.
About The Role
Deliver a fit‑for‑purpose curriculum based on the UK National Curriculum, preparing students for IGSCE / AS‑A levels. Challenge students to be ambitious learners, implement innovative teaching practices and support English language and numeracy development across the curriculum.
Plan pathways for all learners, map out progress, and share strategies with colleagues. Contribute to departmental development by demonstrating a collaborative approach.
About Our School
Nord Anglia International School Al Khor is a highly successful, growing school with over 1350 students aged 3‑18. Secondary is 4‑form entry at Key Stage 3 and 3‑form entry in KS4 upwards, with approximately 537 students aged 11‑18. The school offers STEAM, performing arts, extra‑curricular activities, residential trips and international awards.

Selection Process
Applicants should submit a CV, a letter of application and details of three professional referees, one of whom should be your current Principal / Head Teacher. Interviews will be conducted at the school or via Microsoft Teams.
