Job Description

Responsibilities :

Assemble, dismantle, and fit steam turbines and auxiliary components (shafts, rotors, casings, bearings, and seals).

Conduct precision alignment of turbines, couplings, and connected equipment using laser alignment tools, dial gauges, and feeler gauges.

Perform inspection and maintenance of bearings, gland seals, and rotor assemblies .

Support overhaul, commissioning, and startup activities for steam turbines.

Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance procedures .

Coordinate with mechanical engineers, QC inspectors, and project managers to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Conduct diagnostic checks, vibration analysis, and clearance measurements to ensure optimal turbine performance.
