Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Mall Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high‑end shopping mall in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the mall’s operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for tenants and customers, maximizing revenue opportunities, and maintaining the property at the highest standards. The role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, business acumen, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Management :

Oversee all daily operations, including facility management, security, cleaning, and tenant coordination.

  • Ensure the smooth running of the mall by liaising with tenants and addressing operational issues promptly.
  • Monitor maintenance activities to ensure the mall is kept in pristine condition.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with mall policies.
  • Support tenants in meeting operational standards and enhancing customer service levels.
  • Manage lease agreements and renewals to ensure optimal tenancy levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and boost retail sales.
  • Maximize mall revenue through rental income, promotional activities, and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Monitor tenant performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Marketing & Promotions :
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events to increase mall visibility and traffic.

  • Develop community engagement programs to build brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets for the mall’s operational expenses and capital improvements.
  • Ensure cost‑effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Ensure all staff are trained and adhere to the mall’s operational and safety standards.
  • Health & Safety Compliance :
  • Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are strictly adhered to.

  • Manage emergency protocols and conduct regular safety drills with mall personnel.
  • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in mall or property management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, operations, and large‑scale events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in retail or real estate sectors.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
