Automobile Dealership Experience - American Auto Sales Manager

• Maintain an adequate sales force.
• Counsel, advise, assist, and direct the sales team and showroom staff in their activities.
• Interview potential sales employees and make hiring recommendations.
• Assess the performance of the sales team and facilitate their development through training and personal growth opportunities.
• Conduct ongoing training based on recognized sales methods, techniques, and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor local market competition, customer preferences, industry trends, and relay insights and recommendations to senior management. Initiate vehicle orders from suppliers.
