You will create a learning culture in your classroom where students are supported, challenged, and inspired to be the best they can be - students in your classes will believe there are no limits to what can be achieved. Your excellent motivation and communication skills enable you to create a feeling of energy, excitement, and personal investment within the classroom. You will have an inclusive approach to EAL, supporting students with varying levels of English to access the curriculum. You will not only teach your subject content, but also actively develop language, literacy and communication fluency within your lessons. You Will Have The Following Essential Attributes

university degree in a relevant specialist subject teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE / PDGE) teaching experience in a UK and / or international context strong working knowledge of the English national curriculum as relevant to your subject fluent English (native or near-native level) Benefits
