We have an excitingopportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer tojoin our specialist Adult Brain Injuryteam.

Youwill assistwith :

providingan exceptional, high quality service to our clients;and
handlingcomplex adult brain injury claims arising from clinical negligenceor personalinjury.

Requirements

bean enthusiastic qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal ExecutiveLawyer with 1-4 yearsPQE;

haveexperience of working on high value, multi-track catastrophicpersonal injury and / or clinical negligence cases (ideally on behalfof claimants) and be confident in dealing with sensitive injuryissues. Experience gained in progressing brain injury claims willbe highlyadvantageous;

havean excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules andprotocols;

behard-working, energetic and sociable, with excellent IT,administrative and researchskills;

beable to demonstrate a commitment to charity partnerships anddeveloping the business of the firm.
