POSITION OVERVIEW The Technician Grade 2 will be directly reporting to the Workshop Manager / Service Manager.
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE
Follow safety guidelines as per company policy.
Maintain work standards as per company policy and procedure.
Read and understand customer concerns.
Follow diagnosis procedure as per service manual.
Prepare estimates based on diagnosis and company standards.
Obtain approval based on diagnosis directly from supervisor.
Maintain 5S activities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS
Recognize diploma in regular basis or ITI certificate (Industrial Training Institute) done in regular.
Dealership experience (3 Years).
Knowledge of PMS (Periodic Maintenance Service) as per company standards.
Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
Knowledge about replacement of unit assemblies (Transmission, Differential, Transfer case, Suspension, and brakes).
Basic knowledge of SST (Service Special Tool) handling.

Working Hours : as per the Service Dept. Timings.
