الوصف الوظيفيPrior experience in insurance reconciliation within GCC countries is essential. Strong understanding of insurance processes and regulations. Proficiency in managing insurance-related documentation and databases. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reconciling claims and payments. Flexibility in adapting to shifting work schedules. Preferred nationality : Indian (Male Only) / Filipino. Overseas or local candidates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for maintaining records and processing insurance claims. Knowledge of Qatar's healthcare insurance landscape is preferable. Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare administration or insurance-related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the reconciliation of insurance claims and payments with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage and maintain records of insurance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in insurance claims.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to address inquiries and facilitate smooth claim processes.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure adherence to best practices in insurance reconciliation.
- Provide support and assistance to the team in insurance-related matters
