Project Manager, Interior Fitout - Qatar

Overview

Our client, a renowned leader in luxury interior design, is hiring a Project Manager - Interior Fitout, based in Qatar.

As Project Manager, this role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and final delivery of interior design and décor projects. It involves comprehensive site management, quality control, coordination of materials and labor, and close collaboration with the Operations Manager to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with implementation works and materials purchase.
• Review plans and apply them to the sites.
• Follow up workers (labours) and contractors.
• Follow up abstracts and ongoing projects.
• Check site measurements / dimensions and organize as-built drawings to be approved with execution manager.
• Review as-built drawings received from contractors and match them on sites.
• Provide solutions on sites and coordinate between contractors as per operations approved by the execution manager.
• Follow up task completions from contractors.
• Reviewing and checking the payments.
• Organize a timetable for following up the sites and provide a weekly report for the execution manager.
• Provide a monthly report on all ongoing projects and submit to the execution manager.
• Provide solutions for all site problems in collaboration with the execution manager.

Qualifications

To be suitable for this role you will need to hold a Bachelor or Masters degree in Interior design or Civil Engineering with at least 6 years experience.
