HSE Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and audit frameworks. Ensure compliance with NEBOSH / OSHA / ISO 45001 and international HSE standards. Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs. Conduct risk assessments and accident investigations. Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities on compliance matters. Requirements for the HSE Manager

10+ years' experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in international road / highway construction or maintenance projects outside MENA. Recognized HSE qualification (NEBOSH Diploma, OSHA, etc.). Strong knowledge of road safety systems and traffic management. Proven leadership in multicultural project environments. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional Details
