Job Responsibilities 1 Collaborate with architects designers and engineers to develop technical design solutions that meet project requirements and specifications Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings ensuring compliance with building codes and specification Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain necessary materials and technical information for the successful execution of design projects Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction activities identify potential issues and provide technical support and guidance to the construction team Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings specifications and technical reports to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle Job Responsibilities 2 Preparation of project shop drawings list and preparation of all necessary shop drawings within the dedicated time frame Collaborate with the project management team to identify and implement effective solutions for any technical challenges that may arise during the project Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that the finished work meets the established design standards and specifications Stay updated on the latest industry trends materials and construction techniques to ensure the implementation of innovative and efficient design solutions Communicate effectively with all subcontractors providing regular coordination and addressing any technical concerns in a timely and professional manner
