UX Designer

Overview UX Designer (English Speaking) for Indian and Malayalee Applicants in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This position is open to Indian and Malayalee applicants who are fluent in English. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our digital products. This is an urgent position and accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas

Develop user flows, personas, and journey maps

Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and best practices

Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role

Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on digital products

Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma

Experience with user research methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Malayalam is preferred but not required

Valid biometric passport for international travel if necessary
