We are seeking a Senior PTW Instructor to work with our client based in QATAR .
Qualifications
- HND in Engineering
- 6 years of Operations, Maintenance, or SHE experience within the Oil and Gas industry, specifically related to PTW system management and implementation
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an instructor
- Expertise in :
SHE procedures and practices
Hazard identification and risk assessmentJob safety analysisIntegrated safety system of workInternational PTW standards and best practicesResponsibilities
Develop and update training packages for PTW system, Energy Isolation, and ePTW, aligning with evolving business needsSupport the collection and sharing of lessons learned within operating facilitiesPrepare and revise training modules to reflect procedural changesCommunicate updates promptly to relevant stakeholdersAdapt training approaches to a dynamic environment and tight deadlinesNavigate challenges in complex, multicultural, multinational, and multi-venture settingsDevelop and review PTW-related training materials, incorporating lessons learnedAssist PTW trainers to improve training qualityOrganize communication sessions on procedural updates and ensure disseminationContribute to PTW system improvements and complete tasks assigned by managementEnsure only trained and competent personnel access the ePTW systemProvide consultation during routine operations and shutdowns regarding PTW proceduresHold regular meetings with PTW coordinators and training teamsFacilitate lessons learned sharing through communication sessionsParticipate in PTW audit activities regularlySupport development, testing, and implementation of ePTW and related tools, ensuring system availabilityIf you are interested in this role, you may apply via our website or share your updated resume to .
