SearchPlus HR a leading human resources consulting firm is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Consultant Orthodontist to join our team As an Orthodontist you will specialize in diagnosing preventing and treating dental and facial irregularities such as the misalignment of teeth and jaws In this role you will work closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans perform orthodontic procedures and monitor the progress of their treatment Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to helping patients achieve optimal oral health and a confident smile Responsibilities Evaluate patients dental and facial structure to diagnose orthodontic issuesCreate customized treatment plans based on patients specific needsInstall and adjust orthodontic appliances such as braces aligners and retainersMonitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plansEducate patients about proper oral hygiene and care during orthodontic treatmentCollaborate with other dental professionals such as orthodontic assistants and oral surgeons when necessaryMaintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations treatments and progressStay uptodate with the latest advancements in orthodontic treatments and techniques through continuous education and professional developmentAdhere to ethical and professional standards in patient care Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery DDS or Doctor of Dental Medicine DMD degreeSpecialization in Orthodontics from an accredited programValid license to practice as an OrthodontistProven experience in diagnosing and treating dental and facial irregularitiesExcellent knowledge of orthodontic appliances and proceduresStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentEmpathy and compassion towards patientsCommitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits Working Time is Full Time Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K Benefits are Good Monthly Salary Incentives Standard family benefits like accommodation Air ticket Medical insurance and Education allowance
