Pathologist-Speacialist

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking an experienced Pathologist for a prestigious private healthcare center in Qatar. This role involves diagnosing diseases through laboratory testing, collaborating with clinical teams, and contributing to patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, relevant experience, and meet Qatar's DHP licensing requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed laboratory examinations of patient specimens, including blood, tissues, and bodily fluids.
• Interpret diagnostic results and provide accurate reports to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support clinical decisions.
• Supervise laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Stay updated on advancements in pathology and integrate evidence-based practices into the role.
• Assist in developing protocols for sample collection, testing, and reporting to enhance laboratory efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and laboratory technicians.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and recommend treatment plans.
