UFC GymQatarJob Position HR Coordinator Location Doha Qatar Job Summary The HR Coordinator will support the driving school s HR functions ensuring smooth and efficient operations in recruitment employee relations payroll and compliance This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to maintain a positive work environment while upholding company policies and procedures Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Coordinate the recruitment process including posting job vacancies screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks Assist in onboarding new employees ensuring they are familiar with company policies procedures and training programs Maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Support conflict resolution and grievance handling under the guidance of the HR Manager Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives Payroll Benefits Administration Prepare and process payroll data ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws Assist employees with benefit enrollment and address related queries Maintain accurate attendance leave and overtime records Compliance Recordkeeping Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and industry regulations Maintain employee records contracts and HR documentation securely and confidentially Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates and training completion Training Development Coordinate training sessions for staff including safety customer service and skill development Track and monitor employee performance reviews and training progress Administrative Support Manage HRrelated correspondence and communications Support the HR Manager in implementing new policies and initiatives Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 2 years of experience in an HR role preferably in the education or service industry Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred Experience in the driving school or education sector
