Swan GlobalQatarThe IT System and Network Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the companys IT infrastructure ensuring smooth operation of network systems hardware and software This role involves troubleshooting technical issues providing user support and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems Key Responsibilities Manage and support the company s IT network infrastructure including servers routers switches and firewalls Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues in a timely manner Provide technical support to endusers addressing any ITrelated queries or issues Monitor network performance and security implementing improvements as needed Maintain and update system configurations software and backups Assist in the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or related field Proven experience 3 years in IT systems and network support Strong knowledge of networking protocols system administration and IT security Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues Experience with network monitoring tools and support software Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
