The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end fragrance product development, ensuring exceptional quality, innovation, and market competitiveness.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Product Development

Lead the development of new fragrances in partnership with master perfumers.
Conduct comprehensive market research to drive innovation and product uniqueness.
Evaluate and approve fragrance samples to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Supplier & Production Management

Source premium raw materials and negotiate with suppliers for optimal value.

Monitor production workflows to ensure compliance with quality and industry benchmarks.

Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to support continuous product advancement.

Marketing & Product Strategy

Collaborate with marketing teams to execute successful product launches and campaigns.

Analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to shape product positioning.

Define pricing, distribution, and go-to-market strategies aligned with market insights.

Requirements

Proven experience in fragrance product development or cosmetics / FMCG product management

Strong market analysis and creative development skills

Excellent negotiation abilities and supplier management experience

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and creative teams

Strong communication, leadership, and project management capabilities
