Project Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Communications with other departments within Corporate Affairs such as HR, Business Support, IT, Finance
• Report collation and follow‑up as required with internal customers
• Draft agendas, take minutes and provide a report summary as directed by IT Director
• Attend internal and external meetings as per IT Director discretion and provide a post‑engagement summary on follow‑up actions as required. Coordinate the preparation of presentation materials for meetings as and when required.
• Assist in the administrative support and follow‑up on the advice of IT Director to ensure assigned project objectives and deliverables are met and deadlines followed.
• Coordinate and direct Servicesflow within Corporate Affairs as directed by IT Director, including managing overall task tracker and timelines.
• Creating, formatting and progressing official communications including memos and letters with internal SC departments and external stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job
