Description Operation Maintenance of screw air compressor Diesel Generator Electrical LV Panel SMB PLC SCADA DCS Pumps etc Calibration of Safety valves instruments Preventive Corrective maintenance work activities Ensured compliance with safety procedures LOTO and permittowork systems Originating the PTW and provide the detailed work description in the permit form and seek necessary support from HSE Engineer Officer to identify all the hazards associated with the work and determine the required controls Good knowledge in CMMS SAP Conduct Root cause analysis of breakdowns Implement preventive maintenance schedules and support plant shutdown and overhaul works Desired Skills Experience Team Leader Strong knowledge of mechanical systems hydraulics and pneumatics Proficient in using hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Problemsolving and troubleshooting skills Basic understanding of safety protocols in hazardous environments
