Security Coordinator in Qatar , whose main function will be described below.

Responsibilities

Elaboration and implementation of security plans, procedures and protocols and crisis management.

Security audits.

Security / crisis drills.

Monitoring of security services provided by private security companies.

Training courses on security and crisis management.

Security coordination with local authorities.

Security coordination with the Project security structure.

Permanent updating of personnel lists.

Supervision of escort services.

Security management of expatriates in the project (itinerant and permanent).

Qualifications and requirements

Senior professional.

Technical security knowledge that enables him / her to prepare security documents, such as :

Site Security Plan

Crisis Management Plan

Security Audits

Threat Assessment Reports

Experience in similar international projects (international destinations).

Previous experience in Qatar valuable

Military training valuable.

Experience as military, preferable private sector.

Teamwork

Leadership

Excellent interpersonal skills

Open-mindedness and high capacity to adapt to new circumstances
