Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to :
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
Responsible to train all employees on the service standards and any other service enhancement measure.
Over all responsibility of staff grooming and personal appearance maintenance
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to overcome cultural difficulties encountered by customers.
Identify prospective customers and compile information on competitive products.
Meet, greet upon arrival and departure, and seat VIPs. Make courtesy visits to tables
Assist the restaurant manager in the proper organization and running of the restaurant.
To manage and oversee an effective guest reservation process
Assist employees and guests by handling guest feedback, both written and verbal and include investigation into guest complaints
Help clients to feel assured that their concerns have been heard and communicating with them by phone, email and in person, to give them feedback on how it was resolved.
Analyzes customer’s feedback, information and make strategies to improve the quality of the service provided.
Supervising the floor to ensure that all standards are met through all guest’s interactions
Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and Chef in charge to maintain a wow experience across the restaurant including FOH, BOH and delivery operations.
Organize and conduct pre-shift briefings communicating pertinent information to the staff
Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information
Solicit feedback from guests concerning the service and food
Ensure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed within the restaurant.
Perform all assigned duties as assigned by managers
