Senior Admin Executive

Job description

Provide administrative and coordination support for strategic projects and initiatives.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic plans.

Assist in the preparation and formatting of presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Maintain documentation, records, and filing systems related to strategic activities and meetings.

Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and review sessions; prepare minutes and action items.

Support budgeting, procurement, and resource planning for ongoing initiatives.

Track KPIs, collect data, and support reporting for performance analysis and decision-making.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Contribute to process improvement efforts within the strategic team.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently under minimal supervision.

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.

2–5 years of administrative or coordination experience in strategic or corporate functions.

Prior experience in a fast-paced or corporate strategic environment is preferred.
