Job description

Assist in maintaining work procedures for workshop technicians / mechanics.

Ensure timely completion of jobs as per the quality standards laid down in the workshop manual and ensure manufacturer Service Process is properly followed in every case.

Interact with the parts department for any critical and special requirements.

Oversee the induction and training on equipment operations and skills improvement.

Oversee the repair estimates before providing them to customers and provide necessary guidelines if needed.

Provide effective leadership to the workshop team to ensure team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.

Participate in meetings with the General Manager and other department heads to review and discuss operational issues and concerns.

Supervise delivery of the vehicle with Service Advisors to help customers receive quality service.

Language Requirements :

Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue

English - Fluent / Excellent

Own a Car

Any

Have Driving License

Any

Job Skills :

Engineering Graduate.
Training & Certificates – dealer standards.
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the automobile field with at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
