Civil Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have handson experience in villa residential and commercial building construction and will be responsible for managing designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure Supervise and monitor execution of construction work at site to ensure quality and timeline adherence Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings specifications and project plans Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes safety standards and regulations Coordinate with contractors consultants architects and subcontractors for project execution Plan and execute residential villa and commercial projects from start to finish Prepare project estimates BOQs and monitor cost control to stay within budget Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and resolve issues promptly Desired Skills Experience Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 3 8 years of relevant experience in villa residential and commercial building construction Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project and other engineering software Excellent project management and site supervision skills Strong communication coordination and leadership abilities Familiarity with safety and quality control standards
