VIP Personal Trainer — Travel, Nutrition & Wellness

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer for one of of Our VIP Client, to help him achieve their fitness and health goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized exercise programs, nutrition and diet plans, and providing guidance on health, nutrition and lifestyle changes. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring Sheikh's overall well-being and fitness journey. Key Responsibilities : Design and implement a personalized and structured exercise program tailored to Sheikh's specific needs and goals. Develop and implement nutrition and diet plans that align with Sheikh's fitness objectives. Customize each training session to match Sheikh's skill level and learning abilities. Provide expert advice on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to support Sheikh's fitness journey. Educate and advise Sheikh on how to maintain or reach their fitness and health goals effectively. Stay up to date with the latest personal training techniques and best practices to provide the highest level of service. Monitor Sheikh's health indicators, and conduct warm-up sessions, stretch sessions, and physiotherapy sessions as needed. Demonstrate exercises in a professional and safe manner, ensuring proper form and technique. Continuously monitor and assess Sheikh's progress towards their fitness goals and adjust the training program accordingly. Maintain clear and open communication with Sheikh to ensure their needs and preferences are met. Create and maintain a positive, professional, and trusting relationship with Sheikh to motivate and support their fitness journey. Provide innovative and challenging exercises to keep Sheikh motivated and engaged. Be available to travel freely with Sheikh as required, ensuring seamless access to fitness training. Requirements Certified Personal Trainer with relevant fitness certifications. Proven experience in personal training with a track record of successful client transformations. Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and customize training programs to individual client needs. Physiotherapy certification is a plus. Willingness to travel with Sheikh without restrictions.
