We are seeking a Senior Functional Specialist (SAP FICO) to spearhead the strategic implementation and optimization of our financial and operational systems. In this critical role, you will report to the Section Head - MIS and lead the design and configuration of SAP FICO solutions within our S / 4HANA environment. You will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring our ERP solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements. This position involves leading full-cycle S / 4HANA projects, managing complex integrations with both SAP and non-SAP modules, and ensuring compliance with standards like IFRS and ISMS. Your expertise will be crucial in managing master data, user roles, and providing expert support for finance, costing, and fund management. You will also collaborate with business units to define SAP roadmaps and provide essential training to end-users, ensuring seamless business continuity and continuous improvement.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP operations, focusing on Finance, Accounting, and Costing.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing SAP FICO in ECC or S / 4HANA environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle S / 4HANA implementations, upgrades, or rollouts.
• Deep expertise in designing and configuring SAP FICO (FI, CO, Treasury, BCM, BPC) solutions in S / 4HANA.
• Proven experience leading the integration of FI / CO with modules like MM, WM, SD, ARIBA, PM, and HCM.
• Mandatory industry exposure in manufacturing (e.g., cement, construction) or related sectors.
• Proficiency in ensuring compliance with IFRS, ICFR, VAT, and ISMS ISO 27001 : 2022 controls within SAP.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or PMP.
• Experience with S / 4HANA innovations like Fiori apps and real-time analytics (SAC).
• Experience with WRICEF objects, ABAP coordination, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Skills in integrating S / 4HANA with non-SAP ERPs, cloud platforms, and SAP Ariba.
