The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with knowledge of cosmetics products to help drive sales and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track store performance, highlight trends, and provide actionable insights. Follow up with retail stores regarding orders, stock levels, and promotional activities. Support the execution of in-store marketing campaigns and product launches. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize retail performance. Identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and store operations. Qualifications & Skills : Proven experience in retail, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry. Strong reporting and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and retail management systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
