Job Title : Receptionist
Job Purpose :
To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, courteous, and efficient front-desk operation while supporting general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities :
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and polite manner
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Manage front desk and maintain a welcoming reception area
Perform basic clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate correspondence and document handling
Requirements :
Higher Secondary Certificate
Fluent in English and Arabic (read, write, speak); additional languages a plus
2–3 years of office experience in a similar role
Strong communication and telephone handling skills
Polite, well-mannered, and presentable (under 40 years of age)
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
