Behind the scenes, good admin and smooth supply management keep everything running. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

• Procurement & Ordering : Source and order veterinary supplies, medicines, and general clinic items. Compare quotes, place orders, and follow up with vendors.
• Inventory Management : Track stock levels, expiry dates, and usage trends. Keep the clinic well-supplied while reducing waste.
• Admin Support : Handle invoices, vendor contracts, documentation, and organized filing.
• Customer Service Backup : Occasionally assist with vendor calls, client queries about stock, or order updates.
• Marketplace Support : Keep product listings accurate on Talabat, Snoonu, and Rafeeq so clients can find what they need.
• Team Collaboration : Work with vets, nurses, grooming, and retail staff to ensure their supply needs are met without delays.
