Description
Specialized El Salah Contracting Co. (SECC Qatar) is seeking to hire an Executive Secretary to join our administrative team at the company’s headquarters in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating executive management activities, organizing correspondence and meetings, and ensuring smooth and efficient daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage appointments, meetings, and correspondence for the executive management team.
- Prepare, draft, and format official letters, reports, and presentations.
- Follow up on the implementation of decisions issued by senior management and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Receive visitors, handle calls, and organize official communication channels.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and administrative data in an orderly and confidential manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and official correspondence with clients and governmental authorities.

Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in secretarial or administrative support, preferably in contracting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Good knowledge of social media platforms and ability to use them professionally.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.Valid residence permit in Qatar, transferable (NOC preferred).
