Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Marketplace Core will lead a high-performing engineering team to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that accelerate NetApp revenue through cloud based marketplace go to market. This role demands deep expertise in cloud platforms, estaliblished marketplace best practices, including product leg growth. The manager will drive technical strategy, ensure alignment with business goals, and foster innovation across global teams while maintaining high standards of scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Lead the technical vision and strategy. Ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end development, deployment, and operation. Ensure security, availability, operations, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering leadership, data science, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay current and foster adoption of advancements in marketplace engineering, including generative and agentic AI and cloud technologies.
• Mentor, hire, and grow a global development services team. Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation
