We are looking for an experienced and qualified Sous Chef to organize the kitchen activities for a Luxurious

- Hotel in Qatar, Doha .
You will be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment.
Responsibilities :
Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activitiesConstruct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servingsApprove and polish dishes before they reach the customerPlan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortagesArrange for repairs when necessaryRemedy any problems or defectsBe fully in charge of hiring, managing, and training kitchen staffOversee the work of subordinatesEstimate staffs workload and compensationMaintain records of payroll and attendanceComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsFoster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workersRequirements :
Proven experience as Head Chef or Sous chefMust have experience working in a luxury hotel.Exceptional proven ability in kitchen managementAbility in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progressOutstanding communication and leadership skillsUp-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processesGood understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)Credentials in health and safety trainingDegree in Culinary science or related certificate#J-18808-Ljbffr
