Telecom Rigger

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and safetyconscious Telecom Rigger to join our team The role involves installing maintaining and upgrading telecom equipment on towers rooftops and other structures The ideal candidate must be physically fit technically skilled and able to work at heights Key Responsibilities Install and align antennas RRU feeders and other telecom equipment Perform rigging and cable routing on towers and rooftops Conduct routine maintenance inspections and troubleshooting of telecom hardware Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards and project specifications Coordinate with the technical team and site supervisor for daily tasks Maintain proper records of work done and materials used Follow all EHS Environment Health and Safety compliance guidelines Requirements Previous experience in telecom rigging or similar field Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Strong understanding of rigging techniques and telecom equipment Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment Knowledge of basic tools and safety gear Good teamwork and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Experience preferred Familiarity with Huawei Nokia other telecom equipment Basic understanding of telecom networks and infrastructure
