Lead Security

Job Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily security operations across the premises Lead and supervise security staff ensuring adherence to safety protocols Develop and implement security policies procedures and emergency response plans Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address security issues Investigate incidents prepare reports and recommend corrective actions Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed Provide training and guidance to security personnel Monitor security surveillance systems and alarm systems Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Manage security equipment and ensure proper functioning Requirements Proven experience in security management preferably in a corporate or facilities setting Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities Knowledge of security systems protocols and emergency procedures Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively Relevant security certification or license is preferred
